We accept most insurance plans and will file the insurance claims on your behalf. We will go over your treatment plan and give you an estimate of what your insurance will pay. We can also discuss options for financing through Chase Health Advantage. All remaining balances are to be paid at the time of service. We accept most major credit cards, cash and money orders. We do not accept personal checks.
